Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide you with an exchange for different size or style.

Exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be in original condition, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be intact.

All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form - in the event of a return this form must be filled out and sent to us along with a copy of the original receipt.

Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at your cost. Please provide a self addressed satchel when you return your item. Your original postage charge and return postage charge are at your cost and are not refundable.

Sale items are exchangeable for a different size or style. They will not be exchanged for an online credit note.

We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from the online store at Rodeo Show stores. Similarly, purchases made in Rodeo Show stores cannot be returned to the online store.
